At Danner Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and disassembled if necessary; for large items, we will schedule a professional freight pickup at your convenience.

  Inspection Process

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it to verify its condition and ensure no damage has occurred.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
